 Defense Minister said - Air Force has increased its strength in the last few months 'We are fully prepared to protect the country, the people also trust the army' Defense Minister Rajnath Singh discussed the issue of border dispute with China at an Airforce press conference on Wednesday. He said that the Air Force was ready to deal with every situation. The deployment of the Air Force in eastern Ladakh has given a strong message to the opponents. The entire world witnessed the bravery of the Indian Air Force even during the Airstrike in Balakot last year. 


Rajnath Singh said that the Air Force has enhanced its capabilities in the last few months. We are fully prepared to protect the country. The people of the country also have full faith in the army. 


Emphasis on increasing the strength of the Airforce At the conference, Air Chief Marshal Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria said that the Airforce was ready to deal with the threats in a strategic manner while carrying out operations in a short time. He emphasized on increasing the strength of the Air Force. 


 The deployment of Rafale will be discussed at the Airforce conference, the next two days will focus on reviewing the situation in eastern Ladakh and increasing the capacity of the Air Force in all the sensitive areas along the border with China including Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Uttarakhand. Air force commanders will also review the air defense system. 


The deployment of the first batch of fighter jet Rafale in Ladakh will also be discussed. According to news agency sources, the first batch of 5 Rafaels is expected to arrive in India this week. He will be inducted into the Air Force at Ambala Air Force Station on 29 July. The final induction ceremony will take place on 20 August.
